Emergency Mitigation

Fire Damage

Fire damage often goes far beyond what was directly burned. Heat can damage structural materials, while soot, smoke, and water from firefighting efforts can affect areas throughout the home. Proper restoration starts by understanding the full extent of the damage before cleanup and repairs begin.

Water Damage

Water can quickly travel behind walls, underneath flooring, into insulation, and through other areas you may not be able to see. If moisture remains trapped, it can lead to damaged materials, odors, mold growth, and additional problems. Finding and properly drying all affected areas is just as important as removing the visible water.

Smoke Damage

Smoke and soot contain tiny particles that can travel through rooms, HVAC systems, cabinets, and other areas far from the original fire. Different materials react differently to smoke residue, which is why proper cleaning starts with identifying what was affected and selecting the right method for each surface.

Mold Remediation

Mold typically develops when excess moisture remains in an area long enough to support growth. Because disturbing mold can spread spores and contaminated material, remediation involves identifying affected areas, controlling the work area, removing materials when necessary, cleaning, and correcting the moisture conditions contributing to the problem.

Odor Removal

Odors are often a symptom of a larger issue, such as smoke residue, moisture, mold, sewage, or contaminated materials. Effective odor removal starts with identifying and addressing the source rather than simply masking the smell with fragrances or deodorizing products.

Restoration + Reconstruction

Mitigation stops and removes the damage; reconstruction puts the property back together. Depending on the loss, this can include replacing drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, trim, paint, and other finishes needed to bring the affected areas of your home back to a finished condition.
